Reports written by your coding agent

BRF
Repo Reports.

A one-page report on a project, written by your coding agent from the repository's history. It tells you what changed while you were away, and it reads well on a phone.

Catch up on a project you haven't touched in weeks.

Below is an example brief for a made-up project. You can scroll it.

Why use itYou don't have to read the commit history yourself.

The report is a single HTML file. It works offline.

Get it git clone https://github.com/bradheitmann/brf
Then

Build it with cargo install, link the clone into your agent's skills folder (for Claude Code, ~/.claude/skills/brf), and run brf init --output <folder> to choose where reports go. In a project, ask the agent for /brf. It reads the history and planning files without changing anything and writes brf_<repo>_<date>.html into that folder. It can also write one combined report for all of your projects.
